Since 2019, Gerrit has been directly involved with the Shosholoza Mining Project, playing a pivotal role in the project’s development. His long-term commitment and intimate understanding of the project’s objectives, financial structures, and operational challenges position him as a key figure in driving the project towards its goals of exploration, expansion, and profitability.
With his well-rounded expertise in both the financial and operational aspects of the mining industry, Gerrit Esterhuizen is exceptionally qualified to contribute to the success of the Shosholoza Mining Opportunity.

Carrey Pheto

Carrey transitioned into the mining sector in 2008, when he identified a strategic opportunity and acquired the prospecting rights for the Shosholoza project in Bothaville, located in the Free State Province of South Africa. Under his stewardship, Shosholoza has been actively pursuing exploration and development of heavy minerals and gold deposits in this region. His in-depth knowledge of mining regulations, coupled with his construction background, enables him to oversee both the operational and logistical aspects of mining projects.

Fred Scheepers

Fred brings over 36 years of extensive experience in project management and personnel training, positioning him as a pivotal leader within Shosholoza. His proven track record, especially in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and teams, underscores his capability to drive the successful execution of the Project.

Since 2013, Fred has been directly involved in the Heavy Minerals Project, gaining in-depth knowledge of the mining operations, resource exploration, and the complexities involved in executing large mining campaigns
